Nurses Try To Get Workers Fired

If a nurse see a worker who is not working as hard as they (the nurse) think they should, the idiot nurse will try as hard as they can to get them fired.

Anytime there is a lull in the duties of those who are not actively taking care of the patients; the housekeepers, maintenance, food service workers, etc., whenever a nurse see the worker waiting for an assignment, you best believe the nasty nurse will report that person to their boss.

This is their way of getting that person fired from their job. As if those people do not have bills to pay and a family to take of.

I hate nurses!!!

  1. I have worked with nurses for nearly 20 years and YES THEY ARE RUDE BITCHES, ALL OF THEM! Usually the fresh out of nursing school nurses start out sweet and caring but within 6 months they are talking down to other non-nurse workers (except the doctors), patients and yes trying to report and get every non-nurse fired! I considered becoming a nurse at one time but I now know that they are mostly glorified butt wipers and besides that a BUNCH OF BACK STABBING BITCHES! The name of this blog is absolutely accurate. They think they are better than everyone in any other support position and have more money. In my case, I work in clerical level (making sure the bills get paid)to help supplement my husbands income which is 3 times there salary, yet they naturally assume that I am not on the same financial level as them. Funny thing is the Doctors, who are making more than all of us, have never given me attitude like this. I HATE NURSES TOO!

    1. I am a care manager who has managed residential units. Last year I made the mistake of taking up managing a nursing home. As not a nurse myself this is unusual but my Diploma in adult social care made this pissible. I now have nurses in the work place. They are all up their own backsides and think they actually manage the place. Rude bitches all of them. I am going back to residential managment. Would I work with nurses again?? No way. Rude, unproffessional and treat Support workers like crap.

    2. Awww, did some big bad nurse bust your lazy arse, and then you get reprimanded for being a lazy cunt. Serves you right. Has it ever occurred to the slag-clerk, that the reason why ALL the nurses turn on you after 6 months, isn't because they're horrible, it's because you're a bitch. Oh and I love how a diploma social worker, thinks they can run a nursing home. So, how many demented resident need foster homes for their kids??? Yeah, and most nurses have a bachelors degree or higher, which is more than an over-glorified certificate in finding accommodation, so spare us you unqualified opinions, you deluded landlord.

    1. Tired of Being a CNA - CNA’s are tired of being taken advantage of. We are tired of being underpaid, unappreciated and overworked. We are tired of being treated like maids instead of healthcare professionals. We are tired of employers looking at us being as replaceable as toilet paper. If you are a CNA or thinking about becoming one you might want to hear from others who already have the job, at a CNA forum ( tiredofbeingacna ), it’s not at all what they tell you it’s going to be, it's a lot worse.

    2. Boo Hoo! You got busted eating while clocked on, and you're bitching at the nurse who reported your lazy arse. Yeah, it's everyone else's fault that you got busted doing something wrong. I hope you lose your job, as you're stealing from the employer, and are nothing more than a disgusting thief.

As for the CNA - so your role description is a maid, and you're pissed off with nurses, because employer you're expected to be a maid - yeah, that's fantastic reasoning there. Until you graduate with higher education, you're not a health care professional, you're just hired help & truly are replaceable as toilet paper.

    3. Hey ahole, at my hospital, when covid got going and PPE dried up, lab asked nursing to draw their own covid positive patients so that 1) we don't carry the virus to other departments, and 2) we reduce the consumption of PPE. Guess what nursing did. They filed a union grievance claiming they haven't been trained in drawing blood. An RN that can't draw blood?! Lying scheming trash talking manipulative bullies, just like you

  3. I work in an institution named jipmer which is in India. Once I and my co residents in Ophthal were seeing many cases which were referred from other departments for opinion purpose. I saw 2 surgery ward patients accompanied by a Staff nurse who claimed that the patients were her family friends . The patients seemed to be stable. I took visual acuity, and basic history about vision loss of the patients and sent them inside to my senior consultant professor's room As ward reference cases are routinely seen by consultants. After 15 minutes the consultant called for me. I went inside and the consultant scolded me 15 minutes for bringing non ambulatory patients Inside. I told my consultant that the patients were stable and came to the opd by walking. I also mentioned that the patients were accompanied by a Staff nurse who too is working in Ophthalmology.the consultant asked it to those patients who acted like they don't understand his language. The consultant summoned for her immediately. I also went and called her. She came and the consultant asked same questions that screwed me. But the nurse told that the patients came in wheel chair only. It was the doctor who was lazy to come and see her. She said that she requested me many times to see the patients, but it was denied by me. Thats why with great trouble, she brought them inside, she added. The consultant told her to get back to her work and screwed me for next 30 minutes. I was also given memo(a written condemn) for that. After opd I went and argued with the sister, who sheepishly laughed and told me, "you can accept the blame, because you're are going to be forgotten in next 3 years. We will be here for next 15 years. So please shut your mouth and just carry on with your work. I replied, " sister, you are forgetting one thing, when I become a consultant after 5 years, you are next.......so please start counting the days. 5 yrs will run like nothing ".

    1. Let's get this straight, your a resident and got 'screwed' by a consultant for 45 minutes, and a written condemnation - and you honestly think you're going to get to be a consultant, especially when you're targeting a nurse with petty revenge. Hahaha talk about delusions! Yeah, good luck getting any consultancy after being showed up your incompetence and vindictiveness! Free bit of advice, now that your career is destroyed. Don't contradict consultants, and certainly don't fuck with nurses, as they're the ones who influence the consultants - but hey, go right ahead in cutting off your nose to spite your face!

  4. Im so sorry this has happened to.all of you and you all feel this way. Ive been a nurse for 4 years and i try to know everyone's name who works on our unit. I am always polite and often eat together. I normally also try to do the work for the CNA because i know i have time and they have 8 other patients.

My thought is idc what you do on your down time as long as it doesnt get in the way of your job. Idc if you're watching netflix, eating, talking as long as when you are needed you drop that and do what you need to do.

We are all a team and every part is important. Ive never forgotten that and i treat every member as such

  5. Husband worked as EVS in a hospital I also used to work at. Nurse tried reported him to his boss while he was cleaning the ice machine and in the waiting process, saying he was "not doing his job". Also another reported him for "leaving out a sharps" when they kept asking him to take it away instead of putting it in the sharps container themselves while he was busy with a discharge...he forgot their favor so they reported him for "not working with them".

  6. Nurses are the most self important bunch of bitches I have ever encountered. Never take accountability for their mistakes and when they are in a situation where they know they have been outed for being wrong and ignorant, they hit you with the old "well, I'm a nurse." The original "I'm a vegan." You know what they call the person that graduated nursing school with a C- average? Nurse. I recently had an LPN tell me that she can do anything that I, a paramedic mind you, can do. My response? Can you intubate? No? Didn't think so. Nor can you dose any medicine without doctor's orders. The RNs are even worse. Non compassionate. God complexes. All have that stupid dog ear haircut and the nurse vanity license plates. You aren't that important sweetheart. Try getting off your fat ass and answering your call button without bitching for once. Your job isn't to be a miserable, repulse cow to everyone and spend your shift gossiping and playing on your phone.
